Best Kaldereta Recipe

Traditionally, Kaldereta is made with goat meat or "Kambing" in Filipino. However, beef can also be used as a substitute. Both meats are delicious in Kaldereta, but the flavor and texture of the dish can vary slightly depending on the meat used. Goat meat is known for its distinct and slightly gamey flavor, while beef has a richer and meatier taste. Ultimately, the choice between goat meat or beef comes down to personal preference.
