Ingredients:
- 1 lb taro leaves
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 lb pork belly, sliced into small pieces

- 4 pieces bird's eye chili, chopped
- 2 tbsp shrimp paste

Add the coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
Add the taro leaves and stir well. Let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes or until the taro leaves are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
