Leche Flan Macaroons Ingredients
(4) large eggs
(200) grams desiccated coconut
One 300-ml can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
(1) cup sugar
(1/2) teaspoon vanilla flavoring
How to make?
1. Okay, for the first step, you prepare a steamer. Line a cupcake pan with liners and then set aside.
2. In a large bowl using a whisk, whisk eggs until frothy. Add your desiccated coconut, condensed milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla flavoring, and stir until it's all well combined. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the prepared cupcake pan, filling each liner until 3/4 full.
3. Steam it and leave for 20 to 25 minutes over medium heat. Once all set, remove from the steamer and let it cool completely. Repeat the steps with any leftover coconut mixture. Serve when cooled. Enjoy!!!
